　　2021年是中国共产党成立一百周年。一百年风雨兼程，一百年沧桑巨变。在这特殊的历史节点，我们邀请了韩国、法国、以色列、瑞士、奥地利、智利、日本国驻蓉渝总领事，就各位总领事对四川的感受认识，四川近年来的发展变化以及所具有发展潜力等问题了解他们的想法。

　　2014年，继上海、广州和香港之后，以色列在中国的第四个领事馆——以色列驻成都总领事馆正式设立。以色列外交部没有犹豫就做出了这个决定：因为，在过去二十年里，该地区一直是中国乃至是世界经济发展最快的地区。

　　In 2014, Israel established the forth diplomatic mission in China. The decision of the Israeli MFA to establish a consulate in Southwest China was an easy one for the reason that this area has been economically the fastest growing 威尼斯商人法庭片段哲理 area in China and even the world over the past two decades.

　　自2020年8月来到成都开始担任以色列总领事馆副总领事以来，成都和四川的发展速度给我留下了深刻的印象。

　　Since my arrival to Chengdu in August 2020 to start my position as Deputy Consul General of the Israeli Consulate, the rapid development in Chengdu and in Sichuan in various fields impressed me deeply.

　　发展无处不在——便捷的地铁系统、发达的道路基础建设，让人们可以非常方便地往来、旅行。健康和生命科学、生物医疗、消费品和服务、农业技术、教育、旅游不断发展，城市宜居性越来越强。人民生活越来越富裕，对优质商品和服务的需求增加，推动着各行各业快速发展。

　　The development is everywhere: easy Metro system in Chengdu, roads that provide a comfortable way to see the beautiful sites around Sichuan. Moreover, health and life sciences, biotech and med-tech, consumer products and services, agro-tech, education, tourism and liveability and urban services are growing stronger. The rising middle and upper-middle classes in Sichuan province and 威尼斯机场5号大巴时间 particularly in Chengdu are driving the demand for high-quality goods and services and fueling the rapid development of these sectors.

　　突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情给世界带来了巨大挑战，导致全球许多地方的医疗保健和经济系统崩溃。在中国，情况则不同。和中国其他省份一样，四川在较短时间内就成功战胜并控制住了疫情，强劲的国内市场使四川很快就恢复并实现了经济增长。

　　The COVID-19 pandemic posed immense challenges to the world, and these challenges caused a collapse of healthcare and economic systems in numerous places all over the world. Yet, in China, the case is different. Sichuan Province succeeded, just like all provinces in China, in defeating and controlling the pandemic in relatively a short time, which allowed the strong domestic market to lift the province to a positive economic growth. The economic growth during a world pandemic is remarkable and it is a prominent evidence to the considerable development of Chengdu and Sichuan.

　启东海上威尼斯新闻　2021年，中国启动“十四五”规划，结束脱贫攻坚，开启乡村振兴时代，这将成为四川省乃至中国西南地区最重要、最有影响力的举措。它不仅仅将极大发展农村地区的农业、医疗保健和教育体系，同时也将加快四川乃至中国西南地区的市场数字化，使西南地区成为中国经济的重要支柱。

　　In 2021, China launched the 14th Five-Year Plan, ending the “poverty alleviation” and marking the start of “Rural Revitalization” era, which could and should be the most essential and influential initiative for Sichuan province and for Southwest China. This initiative might achieve two goals at the same time. First is the goal of developing the agriculture sector, the healthcare and education system in the rural areas, and by accomplishing this goal, the province will secure a sufficient supply of food products and goods to the urban areas. Carrying out this initiative will lower the costs of basic needs and will enable Sichuan province and other provinces to invest in speeding up the digitalization 偃师水城威尼斯有单间没有 of the market, and transferring Southwest China into a major pillar of China’s economy.

　　为了尽早实现这些目标，中国可以集思广益，通过信息交流共享，汲取全球医疗、农业、教育等领域的先进技术，将中国经验与国际先进技术相结合，成为未来十年世界经济发展主引擎。以色列医疗和农业技术全球领先，拥有创新发达的市场，可以成为中国完美的合作伙伴。

　　In order to fulfill these goals in the near future, China can rely also on the international expertise through sharing information and learning from experts worldwide in med-tech, agro-tech education and more. Moreover, by combining the knowledge that already exists in China with the knowledge from the international community, China will be the leading engine of the world’s economy in the next decade.Asone of the leading countries worldwide in cutting-edge technologies in med-tech and agro-tech, and a country with an innovative and developed start-up market, Israel could be a perfect partner in attaining these 威尼斯在几时区 objectives.

　　2017年，中以建交25周年之际，两国建立了“创新全面伙伴关系”，这是两国最重要的政府间协议。在创新全面伙伴关系和乡村振兴战略的大背景下，以色列驻成都总领事馆一直致力于双方合作：今年我们已经和四川农业大学合作，组织了有以色列农业专家参与的乡村振兴研讨会；我们协助舍巴医院（以色列最大的医院）和华西医院建立合作，并已举办多场研讨会；我们还设立了“青少年创新思维”俱乐部项目，将以色列创新教育体系和思维系统介绍到西南，目前已经有数千名师生、家长和合作伙伴参与。欢迎各领域有意向的朋友和我们联系。我们的共同目标是将更多的以色列技术和专家介绍到四川，为中以创新全面伙伴关系添砖加瓦。

　　In 2017, marking 25 years of diplomatic relation between China and Israel, the countries signed the “Innovative Comprehensive Partnership”, which is the most important government-to-government agreement between the twocountries. “Innovative Comprehensive Partnership” is a governmental mechanism that includes most of the government’s ministries in both sides and highlights the innovative partnership between both sides. The Israeli Consulate in Chengdu is determined to find cooperation under the large umbrella of “Innovative Comprehensive Partnership” and the “Rural Revitalization” initiative. We already launched a “Rural Revitalization” seminar conducted by Israeli expert in agriculture in Sichuan Agriculture University this year. We also helped Sheba Medical Center (the biggest hospital in Israel) and West China Hospital to sign MOU and to conduct three seminars. Moreover, the consulate hasset up the “Young Innovative Minds” club, which includes thousands of partners all over Chengdu. In this project we convey to the Chinese children and parents the creativity and innovative thinking behind the Israeli education system. Our mutual goal is to keep conducting seminars and bringing more Israeli technologies and experts to Sichuan Province. Israel will always be a contributing partner to China.
